Daniel Grosch, real estate economist (ebs), economist, was co-founder
and
member of the Executive Board of the listed "Colonia Real Estate AG".
This
company had more than 30,000 residential units in its portfolio and more
than 3 billion euros of real estate under management. In 2011, Colonia Real
Estate AG was sold to TAG Immobilien AG. Daniel Grosch was also
co-founder
of the listed "Aves One AG". Here he held the position of CEO. At
that time,
Aves One AG was looking at a logistics portfolio of over 500 million euros.
In 2021, Aves One AG was acquired by Swiss Life Asset Managers/Vauban
Infrastructure Partners with a portfolio volume of around 800 million euros.
Most recently, he was founder and member of the Management Board of ESPG
AG,
European Science Park Group AG, Cologne, formerly Diok RealEstate AG. This
was taken over by an international investor consortium in 2022/2023 with a
portfolio of around 250 million euros.
